The pink-coloured Property 259 is an enchanting villa nestled within the lush greenery of a terraced olive grove, offering breathtaking views of the bay. While the property is perched high above the sea, guests can enjoy a short descent of approximately 150 steps to reach a private stone platform, perfect for a refreshing swim in the crystal-clear waters. The villa's exterior is designed in the traditional Ligurian style, featuring a charming slate roof and green shutters that blend seamlessly with the natural surroundings.
Spanning two levels, the villa is furnished in a contemporary style and offers a total living area of 400 square metres. The expansive garden, covering 2,000 square metres, provides ample space for relaxation and outdoor activities. The upper level serves as the heart of the home, where a spacious living room opens onto the main terrace through large French windows. Please note that Property 259 is not suitable for individuals with mobility challenges due to the numerous steep steps and rugged rocky terrain. Guests are also strongly advised not to bring a car, as parking is extremely limited. The villa can be conveniently reached via a private elevator connecting the harbour to a charming cobbled pedestrian path, just 300 metres from the gate. This secluded and enchanting retreat offers a serene, private, and truly exclusive escape in a picturesque Ligurian setting.
