Offering a serene atmosphere, Property 10696 can accommodate up to thirteen guests in seven bedrooms (six double bedrooms and one single room) spread over three floors.
Surrounded by a beautiful garden, the villa features a stunning swimming pool and a paved poolside area furnished with comfortable sun loungers, inviting guests to sit back and unwind. The surrounding terrace also offers an exceptional al fresco dining area and lounge spaces for relaxation and socialising. Providing a peaceful setting, the terrace is an idyllic spot for basking in the sun and enjoying wonderful moments of tranquillity. The villa also benefits from direct access to the sea.
On the pool level (ground floor), you will find a spacious living area in soft natural tones, a well-equipped kitchen, a large sea-view dining room, and a guest bathroom, along with a terrace featuring an outdoor dining area. An ancient staircase leads to the upper level, which includes a single bedroom with an en-suite shower room and three double bedrooms; two have en-suite bathrooms (one with a shower, the other with both a bathtub and a shower), while the third has a private bathroom with a shower.
Offering an elegant atmosphere, the sea level features a smaller living room than the one on the ground floor, along with two double bedrooms.
