Located just outside the picturesque fishing village of Santa Caterina in the Porto Selvaggio area, Property 10666 is a charming villa in one of the most evocative corners of Southern Italy. Offering rustic yet elegant interiors, this exclusive villa features white walls and natural colours reflecting the peace and tranquillity of the surrounding countryside. The villa can accommodate up to six guests in three spacious bedrooms (two double bedrooms and one twin room), each with its own private bathroom.
Surrounded by a lush garden, the villa boasts an exceptional kidney-shaped pool with a Jacuzzi corner and a generous paved poolside area furnished with sun loungers, inviting guests to sit back and unwind. Providing a tranquil atmosphere, the poolside area also includes an al fresco dining space shaded by a white pergola. The garden also features two outdoor showers with hot water and a guest bathroom complete with a washing machine.
Flooded with natural light, the interior living space comprises an open-plan living and dining area, where you will find a cosy TV corner. Offering a welcoming atmosphere, the villa also features a fully equipped kitchen for preparing delicious local dishes, which can be enjoyed either in the dining area or outside on the fully furnished patio.
