The Property
Surrounded by rolling hills and wide meadows, Villa Le Bacche is a classic farmhouse set in a generous private garden with charming views of the surrounding countryside. This carefully renovated villa is ideal for families and groups of friends who want to enjoy the tranquillity of the countryside in complete privacy. Offering a warm atmosphere, Villa Le Bacche can accommodate 16 guests in 8 double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms (6 additional guests can stay in the Cottage, available on request).
Surrounded by the enchanting scenery of the Balze del Valdarno, the villa boasts a large swimming pool (12x6 m, depth 1.20 m), nestled in a lush garden filled with roses and framed by the vivid colours of the Tuscan landscape. The panoramic terrace offers a breathtaking view of the surrounding countryside, while the poolside area with sun loungers and parasols is perfect for basking in the sun. An elegant outdoor lounge provides the ideal spot to savour a glass of wine as the sun sets over the rolling hills.
Main Villa (8 Bedrooms):
Inside the main villa, spaces are both refined and inviting, characterised by wood-beamed ceilings and large windows flooding the interiors with natural light. The ground floor welcomes guests with a traditional Tuscan loggia leading into a spacious living room with several doors opening onto the panoramic terrace. A bright dining room and a large, fully equipped kitchen make this level ideal for convivial moments. The floor also features one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a guest bathroom.
The first floor features six double bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom, and a comfortable common living room offering splendid views over the Viesca estate. Four bathrooms have showers, one has a bathtub, and one has both a bathtub and a shower. On the top floor, the attic hosts a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, enjoying an exceptional panoramic view. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, ensuring a pleasant stay even during the warmest months.
Cottage (3 Additional Bedrooms):
Adjacent to the main villa stands the Cottage, a charming annex that once served as an old barn, now beautifully renovated to offer the same level of comfort and elegance. It features a common entrance, a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower on the ground floor, and two double bedrooms with spacious en-suite bathrooms with large showers on the first floor. The cottage, which can sleep 6 additional guests, is available on request. Therefore, the main villa and the cottage together can host up to 22 guests.
