The Property
Located just ten minutes from the magnificent Archaeological Park of Selinunte and the beach of Marinella di Selinunte, Property 10592 is an ancient farmhouse surrounded by a lush garden offering complete privacy and tranquillity to its guests. Situated in western Sicily, the villa boasts an exclusive infinity pool. With its serene atmosphere, Property 10592 can accommodate up to 12 guests, featuring five bedrooms (three twin rooms, one double bedroom, one triple room, and one sofa bed).
Built around an ancient lookout tower, the villa is set on a beautiful hill surrounded by a large garden with English lawn, palm trees, and cypresses. Within the garden, you will find a spacious infinity pool (8 x 15 m) surrounded by greenery, as well as a small pond with papyrus and bamboo. The poolside area is furnished with comfortable sun loungers, inviting guests to sit back and relax. Offering a peaceful atmosphere, the outdoor space is an idyllic spot to enjoy moments of rest and leisure.
On the ground floor, you will find a generous, well-equipped kitchen, a spacious living room with fireplace and comfortable sofas with plenty of seating, a large dining room, and a guest bathroom. On the first floor, there are two twin rooms with en-suite bathrooms with shower, a double bedroom with a comfortable sofa bed and a private bathroom with shower, and a triple room with double bed and single bed, also with en-suite bathroom with shower.
