In just ten minutes by car, you can easily reach Ostuni, also known as “the white city”. With its ancient cobblestone streets, grand churches and quaint white houses, Ostuni boasts remarkable history that goes back to the Stone Ages. The Cathedral and the Bishop’s Palace are especially striking, but there are many other architectural gems to be found, including the old homes of the nobles: you would not be mistaken for thinking that you are actually wandering around a lovely Greek village.

The villa is just a stone’s throw away from Martina Franca, the largest town in the Valle d’Itria. Being in the heart of the valley, Martina Franca is a great base from which to explore this wonderful area, but spend some time exploring its old center, an interesting mix of golden baroque and Greek-like white architecture with many grand palazzi and churches, and a maze of narrow side streets perfect for aimless wandering.

The villa is also a few kilometers from Alberobello, perhaps the most famous town in the Valle d’Itria due to its typical trulli: the conical rooftops coupled with charming cobblestone alleys and whitewashed houses are a simply magical sight. The old town, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, consists of a maze of lovely streets and steps lined by trulli. Alberobello is considered a unique and enchanting place, and despite the fact that you may find it a bit touristy, it is definitely worth a visit.

In just forty minutes by car, you can easily reach the marvelous Adriatic coast and Polignano a Mare, one of Southern Apulia’s most picturesque seaside towns. Spectacularly positioned on the Adriatic coast, the town of Polignano a Mare is popular amongst tourists who come to visit its charming historic center and enjoy its unique beaches. Beneath the old town is Cala Porto, a small white pebble beach surrounded by cliffs with clear emerald waters.

Property 10585 can accommodate up to ten guests featuring five bedrooms (four double bedrooms and one twin room) and five bathrooms spread over two floors.

Surrounded by a lush garden, the masseria boasts an exceptional swimming pool and a generous poolside area furnished with comfortable sun loungers inviting guests to sit back and unwind. Offering a tranquil atmosphere, the outdoor area boasts two patios furnished with tables and chairs, a small bar and a lounge area around the pool. The area beside the pool represents the perfect place for enjoying wonderful moments of relaxation in the company of a good book.

Offering rustic yet fine interiors, the villa has been recently restored while preserving the atmosphere of a traditional masseria using local materials.Flooded with natural light, the ground floor of the villa houses a large dining room with fireplace. As the evening falls, gather around the fireplace and enjoy a glass of local wine with your fellow guests.
