The Property
Nestled on the Tyrrhenian coast, Property 10349 is a modern seaside retreat designed with impeccable Italian style. Just a short drive from the medieval town of Bolgheri, the heart of the Super Tuscan wine region, this property combines seclusion with convenient access to some of Tuscany’s finest cultural and gastronomic experiences. The villa comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests across its spacious 5 bedrooms, plus 1 extra guest (teenager or nanny) on a mezzanine bed.
The villa is set within an expansive private estate, ensuring complete privacy and tranquility. Guests can enjoy leisurely walks, horseback rides, or cycling along the scenic pine forest trails, sharing the space with native deer, rabbits, and pheasants. A semiprivate beach lies just a few steps away, complete with a cabana, shaded area, and sun loungers. Sports enthusiasts can make use of the artificial tennis court, while a swimming pool (15 x 4 m) offers a perfect spot for refreshing dips in total privacy.
The villa’s interiors are bright, with open-plan living areas featuring modern lines.
