The Property
Nestled among olive trees and aromatic blooms, Property 10291 is a charming retreat set in a privileged position above the sea, in Positano. This single-level villa offers an intimate atmosphere and captivating views over the Amalfi Coast for up to 6 guests in 3 double bedrooms. The villa can be rented on its own or together with the adjoining, larger villa from the same estate, an ideal solution for larger groups seeking privacy and comfort in a timeless Mediterranean setting.
The villa is surrounded by a terraced garden where fragrant flowers and herbs blend seamlessly with the landscape, giving way to a spacious, sun-drenched lawn. Ancient olive trees cast gentle shade while framing unforgettable views of the sparkling sea. Although Property 10291 does not boast its own private pool, guests are warmly invited to enjoy the pristine swimming pool of the neighbouring villa whenever it is unoccupied or exclusively reserved, adding a touch of luxury and leisure to their stay.
Inside, the villa unfolds across a beautifully regular layout, with all rooms arranged on the same floor. Upon entering, you will find a refined entrance hall with a built-in wardrobe and an elegant office wall. From here, an archway leads into the vibrant living room, thoughtfully furnished for relaxation and comfort, with generous windows that open onto the garden. The living room flows into a luminous dining area and a fully equipped kitchen, both offering direct access to a shaded pergola.
A second arch from the entrance hall leads to a corridor that separates the sleeping quarters from the common areas. Here, a sequence of coloured stripes on the walls guides you to the three double bedrooms, each with its own distinct character. The red and blue striped room features a beamed ceiling and en-suite bathroom with shower. The purple and russet striped room is enriched by a painted beamed ceiling and en-suite bathroom with tub. The green and ivory striped room has its own bathroom with shower.
