The Property
Set in serene countryside surrounded by olive groves and orchards, Villa La Voliera offers the perfect retreat for those seeking relaxation in one of Tuscany’s most sought after areas. Once part of a historic estate renowned for its wine and olive oil production, the villa has been masterfully restored to the highest standards. Villa La Voliera can accommodate up to 15 guests (plus 4 additional guests) across eight bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, spread over three floors.

Encircled by a lush Italian garden with vast lawns and rose covered pergolas, the villa boasts a magnificent 24 metre swimming pool with an additional 1 metre shallow sunbathing ledge. The pool measures 5.5 metres at its widest point and 2.1 metres in the narrower section, covering a total area of 70 square metres. A generous poolside area with sun loungers invites guests to bask in the sun. Shaded al fresco dining areas and a barbecue offer the perfect setting for memorable meals outdoors.

Accessible from the garden, the ground floor of the villa features a spacious living room with plenty of comfortable seating, a bright dining room with beamed ceilings, terracotta floors, and large windows overlooking the garden, and a fully equipped Tuscan style kitchen with everything needed for an effortless stay. Additional reception areas include a cosy TV lounge, a library, and a winter garden conservatory, while the villa also offers a fitness room and a laundry room for added convenience.

Across the first and second floors, the bedrooms include six double bedrooms with king size beds (170 x 200 cm), one bedroom with a French bed (140 x 200 cm), and one twin room (90 x 200 cm) that can be converted into a double bedroom upon request. Designed for comfort, each bedroom features its own en suite bathroom with shower, air conditioning, and large windows framing scenic views over the countryside. Modern amenities include Wi Fi, sat TV, DVD player, a safe in each room, and private parking.
