Nestled in the gently rolling hills outside the ancient walled city of Lucca, Property 135 is an exclusive Tuscan retreat of timeless charm and historic elegance. Combining the warmth of traditional Tuscan architecture with refined interiors and modern comforts, the property offers an extraordinary setting for peaceful escapes in the heart of the countryside. Once the country residence of Count Cosimo Bernardini, this beautifully restored hamlet now welcomes up to 24 guests in 12 en-suite bedrooms.

Surrounded by centuries-old trees, manicured Italian gardens and a patchwork of olive groves, the estate's exteriors are nothing short of enchanting. Picturesque courtyards, ornamental ponds, and antique fountains provide a serene atmosphere, while lemon-scented pathways lead to elegant gazebos and shaded sitting areas. The floodlit swimming pool (18 x 8 x 1.80 m) is ideal for sun-drenched afternoons, and the outdoor dining area, complete with barbecue, invites guests to enjoy unforgettable al fresco meals.

Among the most indulgent is Mercurio, a romantic double bedroom (170 x 190 cm) with a Jacuzzi bathtub and separate shower. Venere, Bacco and Apollo also offer double beds of the same size and en-suite bathrooms with Jacuzzi bath-shower combinations. Magnolia, Trifoglio, Ninfea and Diana all feature twin beds (90 x 190 cm) that can be converted into doubles, with Diana offering the added comfort of a king-size bed when joined (180 x 190 cm), along with a Jacuzzi bathtub-shower combination.

The remaining bedrooms are just as charming. Melograno is a cosy room with a French bed (140 x 190 cm) and a bathroom with a bathtub-shower combination. Cipresso, Camelia and Giglio each offer a double bed (170 x 190 cm) and en-suite bathrooms with classic bathtub-shower combinations.
