Nestled along the southern Tuscan coast, in the heart of the Maremma, Property 10397 is a splendid villa offering a truly relaxing seaside escape. Ideally located in Marina di Bibbona and a short distance from the charming, historic village of Bolgheri, this villa is one of the rare private homes in the area with direct, fully equipped access to the beach. Surrounded by pine forests, vineyards, and unspoilt sandy beaches, Property 10397 can accommodate up to 12 guests in six bedrooms.
Surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation, the villa offers generous outdoor spaces. Wide terraces on both floors are furnished with sun loungers, sofas and an al fresco dining area. The garden and large lawn provide a peaceful setting to unwind. A private path leads through the dunes to the villa’s reserved beach area, just 350 metres away. The swimming pool (18 x 6 m), set 100 metres from the house, is framed by flowering plants and includes a solarium with sun beds, parasols, changing rooms and a small bar.
The ground floor offers a spacious living room with sofas, satellite TV, and a hi-fi stereo, leading to a dining room and kitchen. It also includes a powder room, laundry room, and access to the terraces. The first floor has six double bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom, plus two terraces.
